Shop Rules and Information

Shops (and the Shopkeeper who resides in the hub) have officially been set up and are now ready to go!

Thank you everyone for your patience while we got everything prepared.

Shop Prices

Currently, shops range anywhere from 50 VP to 80 VP.

The smaller the plot, the cheaper it is. Prices for shops will increase after the first round of shops are sold. Consider it a server-wide discount for hanging in there.

How to Buy Vote Points

Run the command: /voteshop ingame.

The firework star represents Vote Points.
Each firework star = 1 Vote Point.

Purchasing Your Plot

1. Place the required amount of Vote Points in the barrel.
2. Notify staff in the "Buy Shop Plots here" thread in the Support channel on Discord once payment is placed.

Once the payment is in the barrel and you've posted there, you can start building immediately.
You do NOT need to wait for staff approval. Do not ping them please!

TWS SHOP RULES

1. Shops are only allowed in the Hub plots. Nowhere else.
   
   
2. ONE shop per person.
   You may share a shop with someone else, provided they do not currently own another shop.
   
   
3. After purchasing your plot, you must open your shop within 7 days.
   
   
4. As long as payment is in the barrel and you've posted in the linked channel above, you may start building immediately.
   
   
5. Do NOT remove or edit the sign showing:
   • Plot number
   • Owner
   • Assigned Y level
   Do not change the text or color
   
   
6. Each plot has a maximum Y level. Your shop must stay at or below this height.
   
   
7. Do NOT use:
   • Obsidian
   • Crying Obsidian
   • Lava
   • Similar hard-to-remove blocks.
   These make it difficult for staff to remove shops if necessary.
   
   
8. Stay within your plot boundaries. The glass floor is a part of these boundaries (meaning you can build on top of the floor but don't break it)
   
   
9. Once all plots are full, players inactive for at least 14 days may have their shop removed.
   If you will be away, notify staff and we can mark your shop to be skipped.
   
   
10. You do not have to fill the entire plot, so feel free to get creative.
    
    
11. All items must be sold using the Shopkeeper plugin.
    Items sold outside the plugin will NOT be refunded if stolen.
    
    
12. Shops should be reasonably well designed.
    Intentionally ugly shops may be asked to redesign.
    
    
13. If you are unwhitelisted or banned, you will lose your plot.
    
    
14. Follow the minimum prices listed here: https://tws.gg/minimum-prices
    
    
15. Attempts to bypass pricing rules (ex: "buy X for a free beacon") will be treated as price violations.
    
    

Staff reserve the right to remove any shop that breaks these rules. If your shop is removed, open a Discord ticket to retrieve your items.

Vote points used to purchase plots will NOT be refunded if a shop is removed or abandoned.
